I believe that athleticism is a key component to mental well-being. In analytical terms, the mind is a car engine and the body is a transmission to the car. The mind is useless without the body, just as an engine is useless without the transmission. My companies are also focused on solutions for the fitness industry. I truly believe that maintaining optimum fitness levels contributes to mental and emotional well-being. I enjoy the work hard, play hard concept. I try to work with people in business who already use or are willing to adopt athletic concepts and apply it to their business routine e.g. endurance, teamwork, strength and agility.

I spent 11 years in the military from 2000-2011. I am no longer an active duty Marine, but I still very much so fit the persona and mentality; "Once a Marine always a Marine". I have a mentality and a tenacity like no other. Of course, everyone in my business endeavors are not Marines. However, the same leadership traits that I learned in the Marines are the same leadership traits I look for in those I work with in business.
>Many of the concepts of leadership in business come from the military, namely the Marines.
>The people I work with will all employ some of these basic tenets of leadership.
>Marine inspired thought leadership is what I am after.
>I am ferocious and I give my best to everything I do and most of all, I never quit.
